cut off one fourth of her hair from the left and the picture is absolutely BUENO.
I sometimes have the same problem. trying new angles often ends in having too much hair or too much head. XD

I think it might help if you start the drawing with mere outlines and don't draw the hair, just the head. then add the hair afterwards.
